President Trump Attends Military’s Unprecedented All-Hands Meeting

On Tuesday morning, President Donald Trump attended the unprecedented meeting as top military brass from all around the world gathered together in Quantico, Virginia.

Trump first told NBC News of his plans over the weekend, saying that the meeting’s agenda would include discussions about the great things that have been happening within the military since War Secretary Pete Hegseth took over and how the department was being reshaped — and renamed — going forward.

“It’s really just a very nice meeting talking about how well we’re doing militarily, talking about being in great shape, talking about a lot of good, positive things. It’s just a good message,” Trump told the outlet. “We have some great people coming in, and it’s just an ‘esprit de corps.’ You know the expression ‘esprit de corps’? That’s all it’s about. We’re talking about what we’re doing, what they’re doing, and how we’re doing.”

Logistics for such a meeting — particularly security for so many within the military’s senior leadership structure — were already complex, but with the addition of President Trump, Secret Service must also be involved in pulling it off.
