On Monday morning, Trump campaign allies called out Kamala Harris’ atrocious record as vice president as the Democratic National Convention kicked off in Chicago.
Senator Rick Scott and Senator Ron Johnson delivered remarks from the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago on Harris’ “disastrous economic policies that have led to sky-high inflation that is crushing American families.”

Not only does Kamala Harris own the disastrous reckless spending of Joe Biden, but her actions have directly translated to higher prices for consumers across the country. Harris was the tie breaking vote in the Senate for the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” that fueled inflation and led to billions of dollars in tax hikes that increased household costs for all Americans.
The result? Americans are experiencing higher prices everywhere from the grocery store to the gas pump. Prices have risen by 20.2 percent since Harris and Biden took office – with Americans still reeling from the lasting effects of inflation. Groceries are up 21.6 percent, rent is up 22 percent, and electricity is up 31.7 percent since January 2021.
Americans know they were better off four years ago. Under President Trump, America gained 7 million new jobs – more than three times government experts’ projections, middle-class family income increased nearly $6,000, nearly 7 million people were lifted off food stamps, and unemployment rates for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those without a high school diploma all reached historic lows.
While the pair of Republican Senators addressed crowds in Chicago, Donald Trump is traveling to York, Pennsylvania to deliver remarks on the economy. Trump is scheduled to speak at 3 pm at Precision Custom Components.

Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and radical Left Democrats like Tim Walz’ economic failures have left Americans poorer and struggling to support their families. When President Trump was in office, America had a booming economy with no inflation. America was energy independent and manufacturing jobs were coming back to the United States.
But under weak, failed, and dangerously liberal Kamala Harris, overall prices are up over 20 percent, and the average American family has paid an extra $26,000 because of the increased cost of living. Pennsylvania families are paying nearly $1,000 extra per month. Gas prices across the Keystone State have drastically risen since 2021. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania used to export energy, but because of anti-American energy policies, they now have to import it. Under the leadership of dangerously liberal Democrats, manufacturers have shut down factories and foundries due to high electricity costs, cutting American jobs.
Kamala Harris says inflation will be a “Day One” priority, but her “Day One” was three and a half years ago. The Harris-Biden Administration created inflation, putting Kamala in charge won’t do anything different to fix it. Pennsylvania is the third-largest fossil fuel producing state, but a Harris-Walz energy agenda would destroy Pennsylvania’s economy as we know it. Kamala has said over and over again that she supports a ban on fracking.
